Looking for a Home with a view? “Point of View” has it all. You don’t want to miss the views from the 4 seasons room or the decks of his home, they won’t disappoint. Staying during the fireworks, you can see them from the deck. “Point of View” is a three-bedroom three bath home with stunning views of the Main Channel of Lake of the Ozarks. “Point of View” is located in Tan-Tar-A Estates for easy access to town but a county feel. It features a full kitchen on the main floor along with a family room, dining area and bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. The kitchen is stocked for all your needs. The living room has a sofa and love seat along with a coffee table and side tables with a rock fireplace to enjoy. There is a dining room table that will seat 4 with extra seating at the kitchen bar. There is a 55-inch television above the fireplace. Duraflame logs can be used in the fireplace. Want to enjoy the sunrise or sunset in comfort, check out the four seasons room just out the living room doors. There is additional seating with a table and chairs that will hold six. Out of the four-season room, on the deck there is a propane grill. The deck can also be reached from the master bedroom that is on the main floor or from the bedrooms belows with a quick walk up the stairs. The master has a king size bed along with a full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms that both have 2 queen beds for each room along with a full-size bathroom for each bedroom. There is parking for 3 cars at this home. 

We supply a “starter” supply of supplies for the home. It includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and hand soap, dishwasher pods, regular coffee and a filter, linens for each bed, towel set for each bathroom and each bathroom has a set of hotel style amenities. You will need to bring extra supplies and beach towels for the pool. Towels in the homes are not to be taken to the pools.

Amenities that are available for your use in the Estates are:

* 2 Community Pools – Cedar Glen Pool located on Moongate Drive – This pool is geared towards families. It is newly renovated in 2016 and has a wet deck for small children. - Estates Pool located on Walkers Cay – This pool is geared towards adults. It was renovated in 2017 and has bench seating around the edge of the pool, with one swim lane. 

* Community Dock – This dock has access off of Moongate Drive. 

*All amenities at the Resort are open to the public, except the 2 pools (Indoor and Tradewinds) and fitness center. However, none of the amenities are included with the cost of your stay as a Hotel guest or Estates guest. Below are the amenities at the resort that are available for an additional cost. Please contact the Resort for pricing and more information.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

This property was even better than expected. It was super clean with decor that reminds you of the beach. The view was absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful. It was a perfect family getaway.
